Tom is a software architect and software engineering manager responsible for leading a team of engineers. He is Microsoft certified and Master’s degree qualified, with experience ranging from smaller software houses to large global enterprises.

His focus is turning complex operational needs into sound system designs: defining the architecture, managing risk, improving legacy estates and guiding teams towards software that remains secure, scalable and maintainable.

Sylvia is a Master’s educated software engineer working for a global-scale company. Her approach centres on clean code, careful implementation and the details that make software dependable in everyday use.

She brings a strong quality mindset to design and delivery, helping ensure that solutions are understandable, maintainable and built around the people who rely on them.
