GOLDCRESTCODE LTD aims to make this website usable by as many people as reasonably possible. WCAG 2.2 level AA guides our development work. This is an accessibility aim, not a claim of independently certified conformance.
1. Features intended to help
- Semantic headings, labelled form controls and a skip link to the main content.
- Keyboard access to navigation and controls, with visible focus.
- Responsive layouts for common mobile, tablet and desktop sizes.
- A reduced-motion mode that respects the device preference.
- Native browser validation for required enquiry fields.
- Written project descriptions alongside illustrative portfolio images.
2. Assessment and limitations
Internal source review, browser checks and automated accessibility checks have been carried out during development. These checks help identify issues but do not establish that every page, interaction, browser or assistive-technology combination conforms to WCAG. A comprehensive independent manual audit has not been completed.
Some portfolio screenshots contain illustrative text; the accompanying written descriptions provide the relevant project information. The separate virtual-room demonstration is a different experience and is not covered by the checks of this website. External fonts and interface resources also form part of the experience and need to be considered when investigating a barrier.
3. Report a barrier or request information
If you cannot access information or complete a task, email info@goldcrestcode.com, use the enquiry form, or write to GOLDCRESTCODE LTD, Belmont Road, Aberdeen, Scotland, AB25 3SR. You do not need to use an inaccessible form to report a problem with that form.
Where possible, tell us the page or task, the difficulty, any browser or assistive technology involved and the format you need. Please do not send unnecessary sensitive information. We will consider the request, discuss a practical way to provide the information and assess appropriate improvements. This statement does not replace applicable duties to make reasonable adjustments.
4. Continuing improvement
Accessibility requires continuing review when content or features change. If a formal audit or a particular procurement standard is needed for an engagement, its scope and evidence must be agreed rather than assumed from this statement.
